Project Manager - Hardware Engineer

Joseph Christoferson is an Electronics Engineering Technology major from Sealy Texas graduating in May 2006. Joseph is the project manager and hardware engineer of the SYSCON project. Joe's main interests are RFID Inventory Management Systems, Engineering Management and Safety Engineering.

Joseph also has a RAPPORT Leadership One Certificate of Completion from RAPPORT Leadership International and Business Management Certificate from Texas A&M May's College of Business

Jaime Burgoa is a Telecommunications Engineering Technology student born and raised in La Paz, Bolivia. Jaime is in charge of writing the software for the mobile unit and interfacing the mobile unit with the databsae via GPRS and Wi-Fi.

Jaime is currently the President of the IEEE Communications Society and the Vice-President of the Tau Alpha Pi ENTC Honors Society. Jaime's main interest are GSM/TDMA cellular networks, LAN/WAN networking and VoIP systems.

Derek Rodriguez is a Telecommunications Engineering Technology major from Alpine Texas. Derek is in charge of developing the database and writing software to create real-time web reports based on data sent from the mobile unit.

Derek is the Vice-President of the IEEE Communications Society and adds the business focus to the team. Derek's main interest is combining Engineering with business and investments.
